By accessing, joining, remaining in, viewing, interacting with, or using any part of the ax.AI service, including the Discord server, bots, integrations, automation systems, websites, or partner tools (collectively the "Service"), you enter a legally binding agreement with ax.AI.

Nature of Service

ax.AI provides access to digital academic assistance from independent tutors. The Service is not a school, revision provider, educational authority, or accredited learning service. All outputs are for informational and guidance purposes only and are not guaranteed to be correct or suitable for any specific academic requirement.

We do not guarantee correctness, acceptance, grades, academic success, teacher approval, institutional compliance, or platform compatibility. You remain solely responsible for what you submit, upload, paste, copy, or present to any third party.

Tutor and Automation Disclosure

The Service may involve tutors, automation, scripted systems, or combinations of these at any time without notice. You agree that assistance may be produced by tutors or automated systems. You waive any claim based on the method used to generate output.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not to be expected and will only be permitted at the sole discretion of ax.AI staff. By using the Service, you expressly waive any right to request or demand a refund for any reason, except where required by law. All refund decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Payments and Chargebacks

All payments are considered payment for access to digital assistance functionality. Academic outcome is irrelevant to service fulfilment. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support first constitutes abuse of the Service.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ax.AI is not liable for academic consequences, institutional action, grade loss, disciplinary action, bans, missed deadlines, or opportunity loss. Total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for that specific purchase.
